**Requirements**:
**What does it take to become a Civican?**

You’ll be a highly organized problem solver with experience within a software development and Agile environment. Being an SME within the CRM or ERP space (HR & Payroll knowledge preferred); you’ll also come with strong BA fundamentals developed by working on large enterprise projects.

You may also have had experience as an Iteration Manager or may have played the role on occasion, though this may not be critical to your success if you come with extensive BA experience.

Ideally, you will come with:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with ERP (HR & Payroll) or Payroll Officer, with software experience in an enterprise environment.
- Local government knowledge will be looked favourably upon.
- Payroll or BA qualification.
- Experience working in an Agile framework is preferred.

Working within our Local Government team, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with huge growth opportunities. This role works with product owners, technical leads, customers, and developers to deliver high-quality, intuitive products within the local government space in ANZ.
