Our Client is a well-established, Residential Real Estate and Property Management Agency with an enviable reputation. They are well known for their professionalism, client service excellence, vibrant culture, with an emphasis placed on stability and growth.

**About the Role**

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Coordinator to work alongside a high performing Selling Principal and a Senior Sales Consultant.

You will be primarily responsible for providing end-to-end sales, marketing and administrative support.

**Key Duties**:

- The processing and management of Sales Appraisals, Listings, Contracts through to Settlement.
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.
- Liaising with Conveyancers and suppliers for both sales and office management.
- To document all Best Practice standard forms/letters used by Sales staff and control all sales documentation.
- Archiving property documentation and record management.
- Creating and updating listing presentation material
- Preparing office marketing (yearly calendars, quarterly newsletters, e-books)
- General office IT support and troubleshooting.
- Setting up new staff profiles & provide training as required.
- Booking of office training and awards functions
- To attend team meetings and report as required.
- To perform other duties as instructed from time to time by the Principal.

**About you**
- Previous real estate experience, ideally in a sales coordinator/admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent and/or team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- A great multi-tasker with high energy
- Action-oriented and loves to ‘Get Things Done '
- Tech-savvy with strong MS office skills
- Innovative and resourceful problem solver
- Capable of generating and implementing valuable new ideas for the business
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Wants a long-term career in Real Estate
