**The Organisation**
Situated in the heart of Adelaide—widely revered as one of the world’s safest, green and most liveable cities—the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) puts you in the centre of South Australia’s business event industry. Each year, the ACC plays host to hundreds of local, national and international meetings and events, delivering valuable economic benefit to the State of South Australia.
**The Role**
A new opportunity exists for a Sales & Event Coordinator to join a passionate and driven team. The core focus of this role is:
- Providing superior executive administration support to Adelaide Convention Centre management
- Supporting a dynamic and busy sales team in various ways
- Managing an annual series of creative and exciting internal events, with a focus on developing the event concept and itinerary, guest liaison and RSVP management, and coordinating all logistics and suppliers
This role will suit an individual that enjoys a fast-paced environment where no day is the same; and someone that has exceptional organisational and time management skills. The role requires an ability to communicate across all levels, a high level of attention to detail and ‘can-do’ attitude.

- Demonstrated experience of providing high level administrative support in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage event coordination responsibilities
- Can-do attitude and solution focus

- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Passionate about developing meaningful and productive relationships
