We’re searching for a confident and passionate individual to provide coordination and administrative support to our Sales & Marketing department. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with our Sales & Marketing team, providing support to drive sales and smash targets that will help us fill our rooms and meetings and events.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as required
- Preparing documents and reports
- Handling incoming enquires and sales leads in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicating guest and client information as it relates to the hotel departments
- Creating and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales

What We need from you:

- Previous experience working in hotel operations or a sales administrative role
- Knowledgeable of hotel systems including Salesforce and Opera is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and follow-up
- Exceptional attention to detail
