**Your opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, the Administration Officer, will have responsibility for the following (but not limited to):

- Excursion planner finance and raising bulk invoices
- Accounts payable
- Corporate card reconciliations
- Leading and managing the Student Resource Scheme (SRS)
- Blue Card processes
- Management of facilities hire
- Asset management and stocktake
- Casual employee claims
- TLM attendance manager
- An understanding of large-scale capital works and minor works projects to assist the Business Manager.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
