We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a creative, lateral thinking Community Marketing Manager to join Stockland’s Sydney team. Your focus will be on 2 of Stockland’s newest master planned residential communities, Forest Reach and Lakeside, located in Sydney’s South West / Illawara districts.

In this fixed term contract role, you will assume responsibility for developing, implementing, and analysing innovative project marketing strategies that support the delivery of the Stockland vision, drive brand awareness, and achieve required enquiry outcomes. You will consider customer experience as a central focus and strive to deliver superior outcomes across all touchpoints.

You will engage with diverse stakeholder groups including development and sales teams, media and creative agencies and internal national marketing teams. You will also utilise your strong relationship building skills, creativity, and ability to multi-task to drive marketing results within our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement innovative marketing strategies and practices that support the project vision and values.
- Ensure Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework is used by leverage the Stockland brand, build drive new leads, and support the achievement of sales targets for the business
- Ensure the execution of agreed Local Area Marketing (LAM) objectives are established, tracked and reported on in a timely manner
- Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers
- Ensure Community Development Initiatives are integrated into Local Area Marketing Plans (LAM) and executed accordingly
- Drive a culture of community insights (customer, competitor and product) into decision making at the project level to enhance marketing and sales strategies
- Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learning’s into national and local campaign development and execution

**About You**
- 5+ years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials and content strategy
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
- Property Industry experience is preferred, but not essential
- Project management expertise
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
