**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information related to our extensive range of industrial supplies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry standards to effectively address customer needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a customer service role within the industrial distribution industry or hands on experience.
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing and documentation.
