We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Eligibility Team.
As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in upholding workers' rights to long service leave across the building and construction, contract cleaning, and community services industries.

As a statutory body entrusted with administering portable long service leave schemes, we recognise the importance of accurate assessments and meticulous record-keeping to ensure that workers receive the benefits they deserve.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and provide education on QLeave's services and obligations. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with scheme participants and addressing any concerns or complaints that arise.
Your contribution
Using your understanding and experience in processing assessments you will:

- provide written communication on negative assessment outcomes, based on legislative provisions, to employers and workers
- complete assessments of service credits received by scheme participants
- provide accurate information to applicants
- respond to complaints received from workers of the schemes and request additional information if required
- provide accurate and timely advice and education to scheme participants about QLeave's services and their obligations
- be on a rotating phone roster responding to customer enquiries seeking advice or providing information
- any other tasks as directed from time to time as directed by your supervisor

This position reports to the Supervisor, Eligibility.
