The past 18 months have seen massive growth for our business, our team, and our community. We now work with over 21,000 practitioners around Australia, including GPs, Allied Health, Dental Practices, Specialists, and Optometrists. We’ve helped patients book over 9 million COVID-19 vaccinations (and counting)
We have ambitious goals to improve the healthcare experience for everyone in Australia with exceptional patient journeys, and we’re looking for extraordinary individuals to help us get there.
**Please Note: This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract starting immediately.
**Role Purpose & Context**
At HotDoc, we are dedicated to transforming the healthcare experience in Australia by enhancing the way patients and doctors interact. Our mission is to create innovative products that significantly improve patient health outcomes and provide services that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the Australian healthcare system. We are seeking a Customer Marketer who shares our passion for making a real difference in healthcare and is excited to join our journey in evolving our marketing strategies to support our mission.

This role offers the unique opportunity to tackle new challenges and play a pivotal role in communicating our new and existing value offerings to our customer base. Embedded in our culture is a strong sense of collaboration; you will work closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams. Your contributions will be critical in developing engaging and efficient customer journeys that not only enhance product adoption but also support the overarching goals of Australian healthcare providers and patients.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Leveraging HubSpot to manage customer data and insights for audience segmentation, ensuring timely and relevant communication to maximise engagement.
- Innovating digital-first onboarding processes for new customers that reduce dependency on our Support and Customer Service teams.
- Swift and clear communication with existing customers for rapid information dissemination, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to take necessary actions.
- Focusing on creating digital journeys that facilitate the smooth adoption of new products, enhancing the customer experience and supporting our mission of improving healthcare access and outcomes.
- Creating out of cycle comms for incidents.
**Required Experience**
- At least 1 years of experience in customer marketing and/or marketing automation.
- Hands on knowledge of HubSpot.
- A proactive and inquisitive mindset, eager to understand customer challenges and devise creative solutions.
- Comprehensive skills in planning, testing, measuring, and optimising customer engagement and product adoption strategies.
- Proven teamwork capabilities, with experience working closely with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and other key stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
