**THE ROLE**

The primary responsibility of the Enrolment Officer is to provide high level of pre and post enrolment services to meet Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) enrolment targets and deliver high quality student support to ensure student’s study journey is successfully completed within the agreed timeframe. **_This role is offered on a permanent part time basis working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am to 4pm._**

**_ Key responsibilities_**
- Provide excellent customer service, advice and support to students regarding ALTI services
- Provide support to students from the start of their learning journey to the successful completion of their respective qualifications & skill sets
- Book and enrol individual students into training courses & schedules
- Ensure students have required information and paperwork at enrolment
- Liaise with student services coordinator and Amana Living sites to schedule practical placement
- Conduct pre-course meetings and facilitate course information sessions
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times

**ABOUT YOU**

**_ Competencies & Behaviours_**
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of working within the current Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
- High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and be responsive to change
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities successfully in a high stress environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis, design capability frameworks and develop training programs
- Proven ability with Microsoft Office suite

**_Essential Criteria_**
- Evidence of COVID-19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6-months validity)_
- Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks
- Current C-Class drivers’ licence
- Experience in a similar role
