**About the role**:
**The Decentralised and Corporate Coordinator - One Full time position**
- The single point of contact within TA for the decentralised sites and corporate teams.
- For decentralised sites, their key tasks will be to perform job postings/re-postings.
- For Corporate support, once a role has been approved they will also provide job postings/reposting, issue contracts and commence onboarding.
- This role will also be the resource coordinator for Brownfields decentralise sites.

**TA Resource Coordinator - one full time and one part time (3 days)**
- This role monitors and responds to queries in the shared mailboxes and actions common tasks such as the posting/reposting of job ads (centralised and decentralised).

**The On Boarding Coordinator - one full time position**
- Responsible for the timely provision of the collection of required compliance for new hires (Police checks, Working Rights, Health Questionnaire, Serology & Vaccination)
- They will work closely with the Snr TA Partners and TA Partners to provide updates on progress as well as confirming with the Hiring Managers once all elements have been completed.
