The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical specialty of Psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking to appoint an experienced Assessments Officer.
**This role has a specific focus to**:
- Support the assessment team in the delivery and administration of the assessments, in a professional and timely manner.
- Administer the scheduling of the assessments, such as Case-based Discussions and administer the process and publication of the results.
- Liaise with the assessors as required to address any queries, process enhancements, and assist with the preparation of the required documentation for the relevant meetings - agenda, minutes, briefing papers, and any issues that require tabling and resolution.
- Preparation of relevant assessment documentation and materials, and information/data entry, record keeping and other administrative tasks to support the team and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with the booking of travel logistics for stakeholders and staff for face-to-face meeting attendance, ensuring compliance with relevant RANZCP policy and practice, and ensuring arrangements for any online meetings as required, assist with planning, catering, and scheduling of relevant meetings and take minutes as required.
- Student administration/student services experience, in a membership, health service or University environment, with experience/knowledge of the post-graduate assessment or examination environment.
- Experience and/or exposure to the development of information and content for website updates and uploads would be desirable.
- Demonstrated ability and experience with committee support and administration of committee papers.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, perform duties with mínimal supervision and show commitment to quality improvement.
- Provision of high-quality administration to all stakeholders. Excellent time management, administration and organisational skills, sound ability to plan and set priorities, meet deadlines, with the flexibility to alter priorities to meet changing demands.
