**The Role**

Bielby is experiencing a period of sustained growth and as a result are seeking a **Commercial Manager** to join our team in a key role, where you will be responsible for commercial and contractual support to the project teams and senior management on pre contract and post contract matters and issues.

The role entails taking accountability for developing and delivering on commercial strategies, financial and commercial management, contract reviews and formation, and provide authoritative advice to senior management to ensure financial success across projects.
- **About You**

**Minimum requirements for this role include the following**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Building, Engineering, Law, Commerce, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business or other associated disciplines
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- 10 years' + experience in commercial and contract administration gained on construction, engineering or associated projects.
- Demonstrated claims management experience
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills to manage and mentor commercial and project team resources and key management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work to tight deadlines
