Gemba is looking to recruit an enthusiastic **Project Coordinator** to work with **Coca-Cola** and assist with the execution of one of the biggest sporting events of 2023- FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023. So, if you are hankering to take your career to the next level in Sport and Entertainment and have 3-5 years’ experience in project management then this might just be the opportunity for you.

**A little about the role**

Based in Sydney and reporting to the General Manager, you will support the greater team in the organization and execution of their partnership leverage activities both internally and externally as well as working alongside agency partners. The incumbent will deliver essential job functions for the business against project objectives in both Australia & New Zealand.

More specifically you will be required to:

- Work with internal teams to understand staffing plans, entering team data into accreditation portal and ensuring all necessary accreditations are received in a timely manner.
- Manage the submission and approvals all materials (brand, customer, PR, internal/external comms) with global approval teams working to necessary project timelines
- Lead the ticketing workstream internally as the key point person working closely with the Gemba team.
- Manage & monitor all submission deadlines across all workstreams (E.g - brand & marketing activations, rights, accreditations, F&B etc)
- Support the hospitality lead & appointed agency to deliver internal employee in Sydney & Auckland

**A little about you**

The role will require you to develop and implement highly effective coordination and communication processes across all workstreams involved in the project, thus your excellent communication and organisational skills will set you apart from other applicants. You will thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment that will see you work across a multitude of projects at any one time.

More specifically, you will have:

- 3-5 years’ experience working in Events or on Activations/Experiential - preferably in a marketing agency-side client-side in the FMCB space or in the Sport & Entertainment industry
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Event Management is preferred
- Strong understanding of the event planning process
- Proven experience in key stakeholder management including liaising with clients and other external agencies
- Ability to work autonomously and be solution-focused
- Impeccable attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Valid ‘Working With Children’ Check and a Current Driver’s License
