Paper bag manufacture located in Fairfield East. It's a great job security with industry leading manufacturer that has been operating for over 30 years.
We require an experienced and highly self-motivated admin clerk to manage daily work.
This is a part-time to full-time job after 2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and record customer purchase order.
Basic book keeping, issue PO and invoicing by Xero.
Output picking list to warehouse according to customer order.
Double check products before send to customer.
Factory Production arrangement(traing is provided)
What we require:
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English is a must
To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
Able to work with mínimal supervision
Experience at troubleshooting
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Experience with XERO
Being competent in Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong numerical, administration and procedural skills
Training is provided as long as you are keen to learn more.

**Salary**: From $54,500.00 per year
