**Job Description**:
We are looking for a People Experience (PX) Assistant to join our team and help us create an amazing employee experience. In this role, you will work alongside and support a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated, and friendly team to create a positive and inclusive work environment. You will provide national and international administrative support across a range of PX generalist functions and projects.

This role will support all round PX and administration activities including but not limited to:

- Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition activities including drafting and posting job advertisements, drafting and updating job descriptions, screening CVs and scheduling interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and PX correspondence
- Create, develop and maintain PX templates, guides and manuals
- Administer and be a point of contact for the global PX systems including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with PX policies and procedures
- Provide advice to managers and staff on PX matters
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of PX programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the PX team to develop and implement process improvements across the full end-to-end employment cycle functions and add value to the employee experience
- Keep up-to-date with legislation, HR industry developments, news, and innovations and provide suggestions from these
- Manage visa processes and records
- Assist with ad hoc HR duties and projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Prior experience in an HR Assistant role is desirable
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion when dealing with confidential matters
