**The role**:
As an Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for processing enrolments, answering student enquiries, managing the student database system and general office duties in line with the business.
This is a temporary position for 3 months, located in Surry Hills, Sydney.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record input student information in the Student Management System
- Monitor course progress and attendance monitoring
- Preparation of Letter of Offers and Issuance of CoEs
- Assistance to students for orientations
- Work placement student follow ups
- Provide Clerical support for CEO and Campus Manager
- Other administration duties as per business requirements
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Data entry skills with particular attention to accuracy
- Previous experience in the management of a student database PRISMS (Desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and self-manage workload
