You will be engaged by a Federal Health related Agency who is charged with assuring the wellbeing of all Australians.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be support to both internal and external stakeholders. The role works closely with associated Business areas, internal technical teams, and the program.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Maintain active engagement with the business to understand user requirements, desktop operating environment issues and pain points. Work with ICT teams to remediate and communicate with the business.
- Contribute to the Commission’s response to critical incidents ensuring that that timely and effective management and escalation of issues is enacted, and accurate and timely reports are provided to ICT leadership
