**The Role**
Our client is looking for a Service Support Desk Analyst to be an integral part of the IT Service Desk team. This position acts to provide an effective interface between those staff requests and the ICT support teams and service providers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide on-stie support during business hours
- Provide technical support for end user equipment
- Assist with compliance and audit activities
- Present a professional appearance and attitude whilst providing outstanding customer service
**Skills and Experience**
- Independently manage Level 1.5 support tickets
- Support of remote/travelling users
- Support of Microsoft Applications, Citrix, Webex & Active Directory
- Experience in a Service Desk support position
