**What you'll do (but not limited to)**:
- Triage, assist, and resolve service desk requests using our service desk platform
- Maintain accurate hardware and service tracking through the Service Desk platform
- Create, onboard, and manage user accounts and attributes
- Provide assistance with conferencing and audio-visual hardware support
- Deliver general training and onboarding for staff on ICT systems
- Image, configure, and deploy hardware, including mobile devices, within the region
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repair and warranty matters
- Assist staff with approved software installations
- Maintain professional competence and use expertise to provide reliable advice and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal and client infrastructure/systems

**What you're good at**:
- Proficiency with IT support ticketing and remote access systems
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Mobile Device Management System (Intune)
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline is preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar desktop support role
- Preferable experience with management software in a corporate environment within the construction industry
- Understanding of core networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Demonstrable success in customer support and software implementation
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Excellent analysis, coordination, and problem-solving skills
