Our expertise includes wireless IoT (internet of things), mmWave radar, voice, lidar and machine vision. All Vitalcare systems are supported via Vitalcloud, the company’s secure cloud-based management and reporting network.

**The Role**
We have vacancy for an outstanding person to help us keep on top of our finance and general administration activities at our Lane Cove office in Sydney.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role involves:

- Accounts receivable - creating invoices, processing payments and follow-up on queries;
- Accounts payable - processing invoices, making payments and inputting data in both the accounting (Xero) and inventory (Unleashed) systems;
- Assisting with periodic stock takes;
- Assisting with preparing week ending and month ending reports;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Processing customer orders;
- Telephone answering;
- Filing;
- Assisting with general administration, customer support and laughing convincingly at the financial controller jokes.

Attention to detail is essential, along with a pro-active approach to finding new and better ways of doing things.

A strong interest and aptitude with technology would be a great advantage.

A friendly and outgoing personality is essential.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spelling, writing and verbal communication (essential);
- Local home - ideally in the Lane Cove area to minimise travel time;
- Excellent time management;
- Cert 3 in Accounting - or studying towards accounting qualifications;
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel;
- Inventory management experience desirable, but not essential;
- Unleashed (inventory management) experience an advantage, but not essential;
- GeoOps (field service management) experience an advantage but not essential;
- Sense of humour;
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office; and
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
