We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Advisors to join the Workplace Relations Branch within the Ministry of Health. You will be involved in all aspects of our hiring process, both strategic and tactical while maintaining our high standards. **About this role**
Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be supported, mentored, and provided with all the tools to be successful.

We are currently in a period of exciting growth, striving to deliver a seamless end to end recruitment process for our internal stakeholders. As a trusted Talent Advisor, you will manage Hiring Managers within a dedicated portfolio and own the recruitment function, managing end to end recruitment campaigns. You will become a key part of our local HR team and will have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships, as you deliver end to end recruitment services.

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

- At least 2+ years as a Talent/Recruitment Advisor - government, agency or in-house
- Proficient in high volume and project based recruitment
- You're able to keep your head cool when things start to get warm and managing multiple tasks at once is second nature to you
- Understanding of the 2014 GSE Act preferable but not essential

**Duties**:
Working independently but also collaboratively with the broader Talent/HR Team, you will:

- Regularly holding meetings with internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers to keep informed of recruitment actions in order to assist them with their long term objectives
- Undertake end to end recruitment activities such as ad placement, shortlisting, and onboarding
- Deliver expert and timely advice in relation to recruitment processes, polices and legislation
- Working cohesively with your stakeholders to ensure the talent needs of your portfolio are proactively met
- Report on recruitment activities
- Contribute to innovative projects particularly around talent attraction and engagement
