At OAC (Only About Children), our unique approach to early years learning goes beyond education to encompass the health and wellbeing of every child in our care. We call this The OAC Way. We operate over 80 campuses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and provide high-quality early years education and care to over 8,000 families.

**About The Role**
Working alongside a team of other Talent Partners and in close partnership with your stakeholders, we have a few opportunities available.
- Permanent - taking on a portfolio of campuses across NSW, you will oversee all facets of recruitment for these campuses, partnering with the teams focusing on permanent employment opportunities. Permanent opportunity.
- Project - 3-Month contract focused on the significant uplift of permanent and casual placements, nationally. This will also look at talent pipelining of talent.

All are immediately available to start.

You'll be based between your home office and our incredible office based in St Leonards (one-minute walk from St Leonards Train Station), with amazing views of the Harbour Bridge and more.

**Relative Experience**
For this position, we are looking for:

- Demonstrated recruitment experience with proven ability to build solid and lasting stakeholder relationships, built within an agency and/or internal function
- Demonstrated interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment “best practice”
- Demonstrated experience in delivering volume/bulk/contract recruitment
- Experience in early childhood recruitment is highly desirable
