We are seeking a driven and dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on an ongoing casual basis in our St Leonards office.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in our Ascott Business for casual Nurses.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to develop recruitment strategies and identify top talent for our clients
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies
  • Managing the document collection and contract management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 12 years of experience in Administration, recruitment, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • An interest in working within healthcare is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
