About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a high functioning team of payroll officers in processing and compliance of Australian and New Zealand payroll.
What's involved:
- Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, including regular payroll processing and compliance with payroll tax and superannuation-
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll practices, adapting to changes and upskilling processes to maintain best-in-class standards- Ensure ongoing technical training and support cross-skilling within the team.- Work in a high paced and high volume department
Who we’re looking for:
You are innovative, proactive and a strategic thinker who is skilled in developing trusted relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll also be well organised with strong prioritisation skills, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience within a similar position- Experience in payroll administration and knowledge of relevant legislative requirements- Proficiency in Ichris, Service Now, Workday, Atlassian Jira, and Microsoft Office- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
