About the role
The Roster Support Officer provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources
About you
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Accountabilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated experience performing rostering and/or workforce management support activities in a large and complex service delivery environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities in relation to rostering and workforce management transactional issues.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills and resilience including the ability to set priorities and achieve results in an environment of high workload and tight deadlines.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to liaise and effectively negotiate with line managers and other team members.
