**Service Administration Assistant | Permanent Part Time (Monday to Friday, 730am - 1230pm)**

We are currently looking for a suitably experienced Service Administration Assistant (Relief role) to help with administrative duties to support our Transport, Home & Garden Maintenance, Domestic Assistance, Social Support Individual and Social Support Group services and undertake a variety of administrative and customer focused tasks.

**In this role you will**:

- Assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of services for clients.
- Assist with Client Care Plan reviews
- Assist with rostering staff
- Assist in centre activities as required
- Assist outing activities as required
- Ensure that current client information is maintained.
- Uphold client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks
- Attend to enquiries and client contacts regarding their services
- Drive People Who Care vehicles to support our range of services

**What you will need**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong administrative background
- Experience working within an organisation providing services for the elderly or people living with disability will be highly regarded
- A caring and compassionate approach to service provision
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer skills
- An understanding of Aged Care / Community Care will be well regarded
- Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months) or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- C Class Drivers Licence
