Our client is an up-and-coming business dedicated to providing top-notch solutions for their customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of their customer support team, ensuring every interaction is a positive and productive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Assist customers with order placement, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document and update customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

**Where and When?**
- Braeside Head Office
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm, with a rotating roster on Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm.
