SKUTOPIA is a cloud-based software solution allowing eCommerce businesses to manage orders across multiple storefronts, as well as inventory, shipping and warehousing all in one platform. On top of this, we’ll provide highly robotised 3PL services, which will use SKUTOPIA with our in-house leading computer vision and AI technology for fast delivery, quality control and accuracy.
**About The Role**
**In this role you will**:
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between our MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and timely communication.
- Organise and Coordinate: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Support in building the MD’s profile & network - Respond to messages and invites, research and book attendance at relevant events.
- Data Management: Assist in organising and maintaining important documents and data, making them easily accessible when needed.
- Adhoc Project Support: Contribute to various projects, from research to presentations, to help drive the company's initiatives
**On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to**:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Social media and LinkedIn management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and pull together relevant documentation.
- Project management support and liaison.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for all employees (currently a low level of company travel).
- Some general office management duties such as ordering supplies and a daily office check.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Support with some personal life tasks, such as pulling together documents, making bookings etc.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Facilitate whole team and leadership team meetings (note-taking).
- Provide support to HR & Community at internal staff events.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise.
**We think you will need**:
- At least 3-5 years previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, especially in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Passion for being an Executive Assistant and growing a career in this role.
- High level of emotional Intelligence - Warm, friendly and approachable to a wide variety of stakeholders. Protect the MD’s time but be human about doing so. Represent the MD’s values and care for their team.
- Resilient and keen for a challenge, solution orientated.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- A high level of discretion, loyalty, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and can work independently.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
