**We are seeking Licenced and experienced Forklift Operators who can also assist as event operations staff to provide operational delivery and restocking efforts of Catering Logistics for the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix in March in Melbourne.**

**All Roles Overview**

Supporting the catering functional area through the back of house Restocking logístical delivery to all corporate and public catering outlets and bars.

During Event Week you will be responsible for the distribution of stock to outlets across the event precinct and loaded into cool rooms and fridges to ensure adequate levels across all outlets ready for operation the next day.

This is a hands-on, physical role, and you will be required to lift and move stock (up to 10kg).

**Requirements**:

- Steel cap footwear
- Hi-Viz vest with reflective strip for nighttime works
- Valid Forklift Licence and experience preferable with All Terrain Forklifts
- Valid Driver Licence

**FORKLIFT OPERATORS**

We are seeking switched on, motivated, and experienced Forklift Operators to help with the set up and operations of the BOH catering services as part of GEMA Group team.

Working as a part of a small team you will be responsible for the retrieval, inventory, and dispatch of orders to outlets across the venue in a timely manner and in line with project timelines. You will help load cool rooms and fridges with the beverages and move stock as required between outlets.

The role will deliver the back of house overnight Restocking and operational delivery for the corporate and retail catering and bars across the event site.

**Please note**:
Strong Event Labour/Operations background required.

Applicants with Catering Logistics/Major Events experience strongly preferred.

Preference will be given to those able to work across all/most of the required nights. Wednesday March 20th - Sunday March 24th

Nightly shifts available 8pm-5am
