**Multiple "Bestie" team member roles at our new Oran Park store (potential to progress to Part Time or Full Time).**

**Must be available for 2 hour group interview on Fri 2nd Feb (either 10-12pm or 2-4pm) to be held at Oran Park Smart Work Hub**

**Oran Park's Grand Opening is on 6th of March 2024**

**As a Team member your role will include**
- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
- Rotating Roster, including some weekends

**As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail,
- Really passionate about customer experience
- Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- Eager to learn
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Desire to develop your career in retail

**Salary**: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
