**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking a part time Receptionist to join our National office team based in Pyrmont, 2009. As the Receptionist you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the overall office facilitates and functions in our National Office.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Serving as Veolia’s first point of contact by professional front desk supervision and attend to visitors
- Organisation of the office functions, meetings and events
- Keeping the office, meeting rooms and kitchen tidy and stocked
- Liaising with external vendors and building management to ensure the office is well maintained and issues resolved in a timely manner
- Raising purchase orders and goods receipting of invoices
- Answer, screen and direct all calls professionally

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Prior experience in an office based Receptionist role highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer services skills
- Must have a high level of computer literacy
- A positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- SAP S4 experience is desirable
