Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we’re looking for talented full-time Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team in our Sydney office.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development, you’ll be responsible for:

- Maintenance of data and content on our websites and other platforms, including social media;
- Assist with conference administration including meeting bookings, meeting preparation and conference booth administration;
- Assist the team to compile reports, proposals and conduct market research;
- Coordinate, assist and schedule conference events throughout the year;
- Contribute to monthly business data for reporting metrics;
- Record and collate data, from a range of business systems and sources;
- Collaborate with the team to develop, manage and maintain tools, processes and systems;
- Assist with the management of Salesforce;
- Any other special projects and duties as required.
- Tertiary qualification in business management is desirable but not essential;
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service, marketing or sales related position;
- Excellent level of writing ability and numeracy;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- The ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining deliverable quality;
- Experience with Salesforce and Social Media platforms would be highly desirable.
