**Role Details**: The Operations Officer — Infrastructure is a role within the Infrastructure and is accountable to the Operations Manager for:

- Providing a broad range of administrative services and leveraging business unit knowledge to support and facilitate the delivery of business operations.
- Developing collaborative relationships with contractors and suppliers and providing a range of security, property, and fleet services to all Department of Human Services' (DHS) sites.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining a range of information and reporting systems that relate to property breakdown and maintenance, security access, and vehicle utilisation.
- Monitoring and maintaining DHS fleet, including vehicle ordering, fit-outs and decommissioning processes.

**Special Conditions**: - National Police Check required.
- Employment-related Screening Check required.
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
- Role Status: This position is part time with a term up to 31/12/2025.

Finance and Business Services leads the monitoring and management of the department’s financial data, execute a range of financial authorisations and compliance, provide strategic financial advice, lead financial reform projects, and oversee assets and facilities, fleet, records management and internal audit services.
