Our client is a leader in providing forklifts and elevated work platform equipment to their clients across Australia. Due to growth within their teams, they are seeking an experienced administrator to join their warranty department. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in their National Warranty Team, ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims for renowned brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing warranty claims for their core branded equipment
- Warranty reconciliation
- Monitoring bulletins and WIP
- Utilising internal systems and manuals to identify parts, numbers, and pricing
- Registering warranty start dates for new machines sold
- Receiving warranty claim documentation and supporting information packages from branches
- Liaising between OEM and branches to resolve claims
- Multi-tasking within the service and warranty team
- Prior administrative skills ideally within warranty or similar
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a mechanical/mobile equipment service and/or spare parts environment would be an advantage
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude and a can-do approach
- High attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
