**The Opportunity**:
Komatsu seeks a HD Fitter/ HV Electrician for our Rio Tinto contract, responsible for providing high level maintenance and repairs on L1850 & L2350 EWL machines, ensuring optimum machine performance and provide excellent customer service.

**Roster & Location**:We’re offering an 8/6 day shift only roster.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Performing on-the-job training for our customer's maintenance and operating personnel.
- Develop and refine work scopes for scheduled work and repairs in conjunction with client.
- Managing service delivery in line with targets with a view to be recognised as "best in class".
- Comply with customer safety standards and requirements at all times.
- Optimizing machine performance.
- Assisting customers in the administration of the Komatsu warranty process.

**What we are looking for**:

- Trade Qualification in mechanical or electrical with exposure to heavy mobile equipment.
- Mining industry experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment.
- Hold a full driver's license.
- The ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical and engineering drawings.
- Exhibit self-motivation, initiative, and a collaborative team spirit, driven by a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
- Uphold consistently high standards of customer service, actively promoting Komatsu Products and Services.
- Showcase proven problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to Occupational Health and Safety.
- Capable of working remotely at customer sites.
