Warranty Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
As a Warranty Specialist, you'll be the central point of contact for warranty and field campaign requirements.
You'll coordinate between our branches, customers, sites, and our remanufacturing team to ensure smooth processing of warranty claims.
This role involves a significant amount of administrative work, so attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
Your technical and components knowledge will be put to good use when engaging with customers.
**Role Located: Welshpool, WA**

**What we are looking for**:
- Background in trade or engineering is advantageous
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite (Excel) and experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
- Previous experience in warranty management or customer support is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
