Ecommerce Creative Strategist Manager

As the Creative Strategist for our ecommerce home decor business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a creative vision that helps to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok and Facebook. You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns on these platforms, and use data analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a creative strategy for TikTok and Facebook that aligns with the overall business goals
- Generate and pitch new ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives on TikTok and Facebook
- Plan and produce engaging content for TikTok and Facebook, including videos, photos, and written posts
- Use data analysis to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for optimization
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing assets for campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for TikTok and Facebook marketing, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that may impact campaign performance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy or marketing role, with a focus on ecommerce and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of the home decor industry and customer demographics
- Proven ability to generate and execute on creative ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel)
- Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Experience with TikTok and Facebook marketing is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
