**Job Summary**:
Are you a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of extensive expertise in Magento and PHP? We are seeking an experienced Magento Technical Manager to be the face of our company, presenting our cutting-edge ecommerce solutions to clients.

In this client-facing role, your proficiency will not only lie in technical excellence but also in your ability to articulate and showcase our solutions effectively.

As a Magento Technical Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our internal developers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between both parties.

To thrive in this role, a deep grasp of business needs is paramount. Your capacity to conceptualize solutions, mindful of the core platform's capabilities and limitations (Adobe Commerce / Magento), and adeptly integrating modern implementation methods, will be integral. You'll leverage diverse technologies to craft innovative technical resolutions.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Magento Proficiency**: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Magento, specifically Magento 2, including in-depth knowledge of its architecture, modules, and customizations.
- **Ecommerce Expertise**: Proven experience in managing and leading technical aspects of ecommerce projects, understanding the full lifecycle from development to deployment.
- **Technical Architecture**: Demonstrated ability to design complex and scalable Magento solutions, extending core functionality to meet specific business requirements.
- **Integration Know-How**: Adeptness in various integration methodologies, including middleware solutions, APIs, asynchronous patterns (messaging and batches), and headless architecture.
- **Modern Development Practices**: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and best practices like Dependency Injection and Separation of Concerns.
- **Agile Methodology**: Previous involvement in Agile development processes, using tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
- **Performance Optimization**: Proven ability to profile, diagnose, and optimize code and databases for improved performance and scalability.
- **Client Interaction**: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- **Documentation Skills**: Proficiency in creating technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
- **AWS and Cloud Technologie**s: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based architectures, with the ability to design and deploy scalable solutions.
- **Problem-Solving Attitude**: A creative and analytical mindset to tackle complex technical challenges, finding innovative solutions.
- **Results-Oriented**: A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**: As our Magento Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass:

- **Client Collaboration**: Engage with clients to understand their ecommerce needs and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- **Technical Translation**: Bridge the gap between clients and internal developers by translating business requirements into technical designs.
- **Solution Showcasing**: Conduct compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the capabilities and advantages of our ecommerce solutions.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of developers, providing architectural insights and hands-on guidance throughout the development process.
- **Innovative Insights**: Propose ingenious solutions to intricate technical challenges, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
- **Customization Excellence**: Develop and expand custom Magento modules to cater to unique project demands.
- **End-to-End Ownership**: Oversee projects from requirement analysis to successful deployment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- **Holistic Integration**: Seamlessly integrate third-party services, enhancing the functionality and value of our ecommerce solutions.
- **Strategic Recommendations**: Collaborate with clients to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
