**With this busy and diverse position, no two weeks will be the same**
- Creating and amending documentation including contracts, presentations, and pitch documents.
- Managing monthly billing processes and specific client invoicing requirements
- Processing expense claims
- Undertaking conflict searching
- Opening, maintaining, and closing files
- Working directly with clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and assisting with business development activities
- Managing calendars and schedules and fee earners' inboxes
- Coordinating travel both domestically and internationally
- Organising events, lunches, conferences, etc
- Ad hoc tasks as required

**Are you an organastional superstar with;**

2 + years of experience in a simular role within legal, have exposure to billing and file management, and have the ability to build natural lasting partnerships with colleagues across the firm and clients.

This role is open to anyone studying but
**it will require you to work full-time.**
