Our communications team is currently seeking to appoint a **Digital Communications Coordinator** to join their collaborative dynamic team.

**About the role**

This position supports the Environment and Heritage content team, within the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW). The focus is on content management, delivery and quality review, working with internal teams to publish engaging web content and exceptional customer service.
- Provide customer-centric services for content design, delivery and quality for DCCEEW and stakeholders, that achieve business objectives, enhance customer engagement and convey and promote programs and products across various channels.
- Assist with the development, delivery and adoption of diverse content and communication strategies, standards, guidelines and services across online and offline channels.
- Assist project planning, scoping and management, including maintaining project management systems, processes and reporting.
- Maintain collaborative and effective working relationships and communication with stakeholders to deliver services.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Demonstrated experience in content management systems (CMS) like Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
- Experience in tailoring communications to diverse audiences including internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in Jira is highly desirable, but not essential.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience.
