**Marketing & Comunications Coordinator - **Bulleen**

Located in Bulleen this is an award-winning, multi-outlet hospitality venue. Recognised for its great food, functions, entertainment & sport, the club caters to the needs of its members and is open to patrons of the wider community. Currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their team.

**The Role**

Reporting to Head of Commercial, The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and distribution of marketing plans; development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning and documenting meetings; maintaining databases; preparing reports and creating digital advertising content.

This role also is also responsible the development and maintenance of websites, digital artwork and communications content design, in house communications content systems and other digitally produced material which includes editing digital images, designing page layouts, and using electronic publishing software.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate an ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to promote excellent public relations and exercise common sense in decision making
- Demonstrate an ability to maintain accurate records and compile appropriate reports
- Experience with web design and content management systems
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing content
- Demonstrate an ability to use Photoshop, InDesign or other media editing software
- Previous experience with CRM system and the abilitite to manage similar type systems and or programs
