**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support the Accounts Payable team in providing a high standard of financial and administrative support. As part of our Finance team you will support our internal and external clients with great customer service. You love working with numbers and enjoy routine Accounts payable activities. You possess attention to detail and are skilled in navigating different computer systems.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Ensure creditor invoices and petty cash are reconciled and processed accurately and on time
- Resolve financial queries from stakeholders in a timely manner
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as required

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Experience in Accounts payable or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Solid computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting packages
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Motivated with initiative to solving problems and seeking improvements
- Qualifications in Finance and/or accounting would be highly regarded
