**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We're thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Planning Manager to join the Supre leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operations of the entire department, while also shaping the strategic direction across all regions. Leading a team of skilled Planners, Assistant Planners, and Analysts, you'll foster their growth, wellbeing, and development as part of our commitment to investing in our team. At Supre, we're dedicated to supporting the brand strategy, and with our continued success and current momentum, it's an incredibly exciting time to come aboard. As a member of the Supre leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with peers across all functions to ensure the best commercial outcomes and further propel the brand's growth.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- An understanding and experience working on the full Planning process
- Demonstrated experience sitting on a wider leadership team that strategically drives business decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make high-impact decisions
- Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team to achieve results
