**6-month contract Key Responsibilities**:
fully understand the recordkeeping obligations and responsibilities relating to select systems and associated business processes that they interact with.
adhere to policy, procedures and standards in creating and managing records in the system, including schedules for assessment of records management functionality compliance and authorised use of the system to create and manage records.
manage records and ensure that appropriate system backup regimes are in place to guarantee the day-to-day accessibility, retrieval and integrity of records stored in the system.
in coordination with the department and A05 lead, incorporate electronic recordkeeping requirements into system operational and maintenance plans, and into design specifications when building, reviewing, upgrading or acquiring new business systems
Work with the integration and implementation of a new system and record migration Key Requirements:
well-versed in Content Manager or similar system
project/record management background
experience with SAP
minimum 2 years' exp in a similar role
ability to work collaboratively and in a team
