We are looking for energetic and entertaining personalities to join our team of driver-guides in presenting small private group sightseeing tours from Melbourne.

If you have customer service skills and a flair for entertaining and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds you might be the person we're looking for

The job involves long days with the ability to work any day of the week, as our tours operate every day including weekends.

It’s not a full-time job, if you're not looking for full-time hours, we would still encourage you to apply, as we have numerous staff who simply work with us when they are available.

Position Description
- Drive 7-12-seater touring vehicle along a specified route
- Provide informative and interesting commentary
- Attending to all enquiries and requests from tour guests
- Anticipate guests' needs and plan ahead accordingly
- Provide entertainment for guests where appropriate
- Drop off guests at their destination after the tour
- Refuel, wash and clean then return the vehicle after the tour

Person Specification
- Pleasant manner and ability to relate well to people of all ages
- Neat presentation
- Outgoing personality
- Sound driving skills
- High level of customer service
- Even temperament
- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is desirable
- Previous experience in dealing with groups of people desirable

Qualifications Required
- Driver's Accreditation Certificate (DC) issued by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV)
- Full driver's licence
