**Commercial Leasing & Sales Agent - South East Office (Clayton)**

Work for a growing, well established high end dedicated commercial property company, in their Sales & Leasing Team.

Role is available due to growth Get trained from the Director

Lease and sell commercial properties (shops, small factories etc) in the South Eastern Suburbs from Glen Iris to Mulgrave Area.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step from another commercial sales & leasing role, get closer to home, info a more recession proof sector of commercial.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Lease and sell existing commercial stock
- Targeted Business Development / Prospecting
- Submission writing/preparation
- Client reporting
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Database management & calls

**WHATS ON OFFER**:

- $70,000 - $95,000 Base + Commissions (monthly) Earn up to 150K+ first year, uncapped commissions

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Prior experience in commercial leasing/sales environment or similar roles
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Agents Representative Certificate OR Cert IV/Diploma (Full Licence) in Property
- Clean, useable car and drivers licence
