The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) has diverse responsibilities for transport systems and services, infrastructure planning and provision within South Australia.

**Duties**
The Ministerial Officer is a critical support and lead role within the Office of the Chief Executive that provides an essential co-ordination.

The Ministerial Officer facilitates requests received from ministerial offices by triaging and assigning requests to appropriate business areas, reviewing, and assessing responses from previous requests and determining appropriate section allocation.

**Special Conditions**

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Tenure of Vacancy**
Temporary appointment up to 12 months

**Remuneration**
ASO4 - $74,315 to $77,901 per annum
