**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
CUPCAKE CENTRAL Bakery is Melbourne’s leading e-commerce bakery where we make sure that 'Life is sweet.'

Now looking to further our brand to reach ‘far and wide’, through introducing new and exciting baked goods, we’re looking for a passionate digital marketer to grow the brand and expand nationally our range.

If you love all things sweet and food, this opportunity is perfect for you, in which you’ll be directly involved in the content creating that will drive engagement across our digital channels, with a focus on driving traffic and increasing revenue through all our platforms.

**SEEKING**:
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Building and implementing digital marketing strategies based on the brands social campaigns
- Manage day to day digital and social media assets.
- Driving customer traffic to store and online through targeted marketing strategies
- Lead end to end digital strategy development and execution including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Paid media, SEO, CRM, and Aggregator marketing.
- Manage the digital marketing budget whilst providing reporting and communication of digital results and scorecards on all campaigns and activity.
- Developing copy along side external SEO agencies to increase web traffic and rankings.
- Liaise with developers and designer to make changes to website to increase ROA
- Tertiary qualifications with 2+ years full-time marketing experience in an agency and/or part inhouse
- Proven history of social media management and planning including content creation, copywriting, community management and reporting across multiple channels.
- An ability to manage social media data analytics using various tools.
- Experience in managing and implementing digital and social ad buy (boosting and dark ads).
- A strong understanding of Facebook Ads and Google PPC
- Technology leadership capabilities with an awareness of the latest CRM, website, eComm, digital and social media trends and tools.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Facebook advertising: 1 year (preferred)
- Google Ad Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
