**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day activities, and resources, of the service desk and Digital Operations team;
- Be the key liaison with internal and WesCEF IT&S services and support, for incident and maintenance management;
- Work with Product Owners, WesCEF IT and 3rd Party providers to plan and execute scheduled maintenance of systems;
- Manage 3rd party contract and license renewals;
- Develop and maintaining comprehensive system documentation;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement to processes and services;
- Oversee the maintenance and delivery of internal stakeholder communications;
- Be responsible for collecting, analysing, and distributing accurate and timely reports to support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with organizational requirements

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications ideally in an IT related discipline or with equivalent work experience.
- ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a service desk or technical support role, preferably within an MSP setting.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and proven ability to implement ITIL-aligned processes.
- Prior experience with managing Service Delivery or Technical Delivery Management, with customers with large environments of 1500+ seats and distributed operations.
- Experience with ITIL Processes, and Service Management quality controls
- Proficient problem-solving skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Able to handle operations in a fast moving environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.

**Given the nature of the position and within reason, the successful incumbent may be required to be contactable outside of business hours.**
